Our Auras are quite simply our energy fields. Anyone who owns a dog will tell you that our dogs always know exactly how we are feeling. How can they do this? Easy, their dogs are sensitive to energy.
Every living person has an aura which reflects the state of the body and the mind. It is multi - layered and multi - coloured. Our bodies generate electricity through our chakras, which are driven by Universal energy. This energy has a "vibrational frequency", which can be seen as colour. Each colour, or "vibration" is processed through the mind and transmitted as energy for as long as we are alive.
Each energy has it's own unique signature and our lives are influenced by this energy. The blend of colours, or "vibrations" will determine how we think, feel and act. Each has it's own strength and each has it's own challenge. In essence, each will balance itself out through the yin and yang effect. When we understand these energies we can learn to control and so improve the more challenging aspects of our lives.
The aura consists of 7 layers, connected through each of the chakras. The 3 layers starting from the Crown down to the Throat relate to our spiritual plane. The lower 3 layers starting from the Root up to our Solar Plexus relate to our physical plane, with the Heart chakra layer or, "Astral plane Layer"acting as a "bridge" between the 2.
When it is time to leave our bodies, we return to the Spirit world retaining our human like image. We drop the 3 lower physical layers and live now within the "bridge layer" or our, "Astral bodies", whilst keeping the 3 outer spiritual layers.
For many people, the aura is only the radiance of human beings. For scientists, it is a concrete, existing energy field that surrounds living creatures. The Aura is formed by subtle colour radiances which surround the body of a human being. These radiances can be perceived by a psychic. Each colour signifies a certain vibration which has different meanings.
The aura, which is connected with the activity of the chakra (Sanskrit for "energy wheel"), reflects the individual state of consciousness. In that case, the colours of the aura give us information about the quality of consciousness, as well as one's emotions, thoughts, abilities and the vital energies of a person.
